At Cloudflare Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home essentials aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
